2. Description of service

Draftyx is an AI-powered content creation and scheduling platform. We provide tools for generating captions, managing a content pool, and scheduling posts to connected social media accounts.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update it as necessary.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Draftyx to:

• Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory content.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of Draftyx.

5. Content ownership

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or publish through Draftyx. By using our AI generation tools, you grant us a limited right to process your inputs (such as voice samples and prompts) solely to provide the service to you.

We do not claim ownership of your AI-generated outputs. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Draftyx offers free trial usage and paid subscription or credit-based plans. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.

7. Third-party services

Draftyx integrates with third-party platforms such as Instagram (via Meta) and Google for authentication and publishing. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or if we determine it is necessary to protect the service or other users.

You may delete your account at any time. See our Data Deletion page for details on how your data is handled upon termination.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Draftyx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Draftyx and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
